Mía launches high-fiber protein shake with digestive enzymes and adaptogens

In the advent of “fibermaxxing” and GLP-1 weight loss, Mía has launched its Fiber-First Shake, a high-fiber protein shake formulated to address a major nutritional gap. According to the brand, many protein shakes marketed as “high fiber” contain around 3–10 g. Its own product delivers 22 g of fiber and 27 g of protein per serving, plus adaptogens, digestive enzymes, “supergreens,” and more than 15 vitamins and minerals in 15 servings per pack.
