Peer-led nutrition education gives college students a healthy start – UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health

December 10, 2025 To help college students level up their nutrition skills, Gillings School expert Dr. Jessica Soldavini and alum Marlee Caregnato are working with the Carolina Hunger Initiative to develop and pilot a special kind of culinary education curriculum that will be taught for students by students.
