Long Island City-based nutrition startup raises $20M in Series A funding

A Long Island City-based nutrition company is partnering with surgical practices and attracting investors in New York’s percolating concierge healthtech market.

Long Island City-based nutrition company Mend raised $20 million in a Series A funding to advance its line of dietary supplement and remote monitoring services, the company confirmed to Crain’s. The funding took place in two phases, the second of which ended this year, led by S2G Investments, according to co-founder and Chief of Growth & Innovation Eziah Syed.
