MedTech Intelligence Industry Survey Research Methodology

The MedTech Intelligence Industry Survey is a primary research initiative designed to capture the perspectives of professionals working across the medical technology sector. The study is intended to examine the pressures, priorities, technology shifts, operational challenges, and strategic changes influencing MedTech organizations in 2026.

The research is being conducted in collaboration with PTC and is positioned to provide an industry level view of where MedTech organizations are today and where professionals believe the industry is headed. The survey is particularly relevant to an environment shaped by increasing product and regulatory complexity, software driven devices, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity requirements, connected product data, quality expectations, and pressure to improve lifecycle efficiency.

The methodology is designed to support transparent interpretation of the survey findings. It documents the intended research population, survey administration approach, analytical framework, quality considerations, confidentiality principles, and limitations. Where the final survey instrument, fieldwork specifications, or completed sample are required to establish a methodological fact, this draft identifies the item for confirmation rather than assuming a value.
